The Barre Code invites you to a FREE outdoor TBC class at Market Square at The Corners on Sunday, June 6 at 10 am in Market Square!
Bootcamp is a 50-minute bootcamp-style workout that consists of functional, full-range-of-motion strength training exercises designed to challenge the whole body. Though predominately strength-based, this class will also offer strategically interspersed HIIT and plyometric exercises.
Notes: Class is free, but signup is required. Please remember to wear shoes and BYO yoga mat and water!
